Design 2.0 m high retaining walls under a 20 kPa warehouse surcharge, with tight access next to existing structures and drainage, all within a compressed program.
Solution
Konceptual engineered Keystone modular walls with no-fines concrete backfill, removing the need for heavy compaction near the warehouse. The design addressed 20 kPa surcharge loads, streamlined service and drainage integration, and was delivered on an accelerated timeline for immediate construction.
