Challenge
A new subdivision at Wyee needed retaining walls up to about 2.6 m along its road batters. Dozens of short runs, each a different height and level, all founded in variable clay.
Solution
Konceptual designed a single concrete sleeper wall system and sized each post and pier to the ground beneath it. Every run designed to the geotechnical parameters and reactive clay, all to AS4678 for a 60-year design life.
